The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
1. Send an email request for the return to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, mentioning the reason for the return if you think it will help us continue to improve.
2. The items should be packaged in original condition, in its packaging, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.
3. We will communicate the London address to return your product. Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.
To return any item purchased at Alvica simply contact us to receive the return address and organise a courier service or local post office to send the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective Alvica shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.
In the event that Alvica has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases Alvica shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.
